  • The benefits and limitations of hearing technology as well as how to check, troubleshoot and use hearing technology effectively in the classroom.
  • How to use a range of strategies to facilitate the child’s communication with other children and adults within the classroom.
  • How to accurately observe the child you are supporting in order to plan and deliver support within the classroom.
  • Understanding children’s behavior.
