Professional Training: Vacancies at AVUKLSLS Certified Auditory Verbal Therapist® Auditory VerbalUK seeks a LSLS CertAVT for a full-time position. Start date negotiable for the right candidate. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic Cert AVT® to join Europe’s leaders in the field of AV Therapy working for Auditory VerbalUK in the UK at our Centre in Oxfordshire. Auditory VerbalUK (AVUK) seeks to appoint an experienced, versatile and enthusiastic Cert AVT® to an expanding team. We are a registered charity, now beginning our eighth year of operation. Our clinical caseload is expanding, as are our other activities in training, research, information and the development of Europe’s first Post Graduate Diploma in Auditory Verbal Therapy. The successful candidate will be a Certified AV Therapist®, who has well-established clinical skills and is open to new ideas and challenges. This is an opportunity to work as part of a dedicated and highly skilled team comprising Cert AVT®s, Speech and Language Therapists, Audiologists and Researchers. Responsibilities include delivering Auditory Verbal Therapy to a caseload aged 0 to 5 years; participating in a range of activities such as delivering training to professionals; undertaking research projects; and promoting Auditory Verbal Therapy throughout the UK and Europe. The job is based at our Centre in a beautiful part of rural Oxfordshire, with excellent access to Oxford and London.
