speak as equals. As an Auditory Verbal Therapist you will have opportunities to deliver therapy, train other professionals, conduct
research, travel and most importantly help to change the face of Deaf education in the UK.
Auditory VerbalUK is a national charity and the UK's only specialist centre dedicated to the delivery and training of auditory verbal
practice. You will be part of a specialist multi disciplinary team and will gain highly sought after skills and expertise as well as
working towards a qualification in auditory verbal therapy that is valid world wide. You will be mentored to LSLS Certification Level.
Preference will be given to candidates who have already gained some experience in AVT.
Your responsibilities will include delivering auditory verbal therapy (AVT) to a caseload of children aged 0 to 5 years; participating in
training for professionals; undertaking research studies; and promoting auditory verbal therapy throughout the UK and Europe.
The post will be based at Auditory VerbalUK's London centre in Holborn and will attract a competitive salary for a training position. It
will begin in mid September/October depending on the successful candidate's availability.

- Provision of all the theoretical and practice requirements for eligibility to sit the exam to qualify as an LSLS Certified Auditory
Verbal TherapistR through AG Bell.
