Help us make Loud Shirt Day UK the biggest yet by wearing your brightest clothes to create a sound future for deaf children on Friday 22^nd October. Wear your loudest shirt, donate as much as you can and encourage local schools and workplaces to do the same, by registering here! 

2. Want something more active? Join the Virtual London Marathon on 3^rd October 2021

Put yourself to the ultimate test of running 26.2 miles for a great cause! Book your place today to be a part of the biggest marathon ever staged anywhere in the world.

3. Nominate AVUK as your Charity of the Year!

Does your workplace have an elected charity of the year? Nominate us to help spread awareness and support our work. Whatever the size of the organisation, our fundraising team will be on hand to support with an application and to make sure your workplace has all the help and advice they need to raise vital funds for AVUK.
