AG Bell convention | Day three

Our CEO Anita Grover, and three of our LSLS Cert. Auditory Verbal Therapists Frances, Louise and Susie, are currently in Colorado for the AG Bell convention on listening and spoken language. We will be giving daily updates on the conference throughout.

Day three:

On day three of the convention therapists Louise Hönck and Susie Burden presented our founder Jacqueline Stokes' final piece of work 'From "dreamers" to "Velvet Bulldozers": Stokes' 6 stages'. The presentation is about the journey that parents go through, and the part that listening and spoken language specialists play in that journey.

Early intervention

What are the benefits of an early intervention programme?
Foundation level

This 6-month course is available in an online learning format. Designed to equip professionals with the core skills needed to develop auditory practice when working with children with hearing loss and their families, we are also able to deliver this course in-service to employers wishing to train groups of staff.
