Put yourself to the ultimate test of cycling 100 miles for a great cause! Apply for your place today to cycle traffic-free roads through the heart of London and neighbouring Essex.

3. Nominate AVUK as your Charity of the Year!

Does your workplace have an elected charity of the year? Nominate us to help spread awareness and support our work. Whatever the size of the organisation, our fundraising team will be on hand to support with an application and to make sure your workplace has all the help and advice they need to raise vital funds for AVUK.
