India completed her undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Bristol in 2020. Shortly after, she joined the Department for Health and Social Care as a Policy Advisor, supporting the Government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She then joined the Civil Service Project Delivery Fast Stream and moved to the Department for Work and Pensions where she worked as a Project Manager on various disability employment projects. India has just joined AVUK on a six-month secondment, where her main focus will be further developing our Alumni network and supporting the creation of a management information dashboard.
