Course content

We have multiple foundation courses starting through the year in small cohorts of 5 or 6 participants and are able to deliver this course to employers wishing to train groups of staff.

In order enrol on one of these courses, eligible professionals must have a caseload that includes at least 2 deaf babies/pre-schoolers who they see regularly (weekly or fortnightly) for therapy with the child’s parent/carer.

.

International professionals are welcome; this is an online learning course and therefore there are no visa or travel requirements but participants will need to understand and converse in English at a professional/technical level in order to take part in the webinar discussions and should note that all course dates are scheduled around English public and school holidays.

The foundation course has been accredited by AG Bell Academy for 36 hours of continuous professional development (CEUs) but completion of this course does not carry any formal educational or professional qualifications.
