Corporate partners

At AVUK, we work with a range of Corporate Partners across the UK – large and small.

These relationships are vital to us and every penny raised by them goes towards our work enabling more deaf children to listen and speak and have the same opportunities as their hearing peers.

We are an enthusiastic and dynamic team with a track record of delivering successful partnerships, from year-long partnerships with The October Club who supported us with over £500,000 in 2014 to longer-term support from the Man Charitable Trust who over the last five years have given nearly £150,000. We are committed to working closely with our partners to ensure a true partnership that delivers for both parties.

Celebrating International Cochlear Implant Day with Tanya Saunders and her daughter Onna’s hearing journey.

Tanya Saunders is Mum to Onna, who has severe-profound hearing loss with ANSD and wears bilateral cochlear implants. She is one of our Parent Ambassador having become a strong supporter after going through the programme with her daughter and seeing the impressive results for herself. This journey with her daughter has inspired her to start writing books for deaf children who are learning to listen and speak; to date, she has published two books and has many more waiting in the wings.
